Winter

Snow removal and de-icing in the Yakima Valley

Plow trucks on parking lots and drives when it snows, then de-icing so the people who park there walk in on clear pavement.

Chapter 01

What a lot looks like the morning after a storm

Snow on a parking lot does not stay where it falls. Cars pack it into the drive lanes, it drifts against doors and curbs, and whatever melts by afternoon freezes again overnight. For a business, that is the entrance customers and staff walk in on.

The point of plowing is to have the lanes and the walking routes clear before people arrive, not after the first slip. De-icing is the second half of the job, because wet pavement can still turn to ice.

Plow trucks, SnowDogg blades and night runs

Our plow trucks carry SnowDogg blades, and we run them on commercial lots and drives across the Yakima Valley. Some of the clearing happens at night, and one of our photos shows a truck working a lot under its own lights.

Plowing is about where the snow goes as much as clearing it. Stacking it at the edge of the lot instead of in front of a door or a drain keeps the property usable for the rest of the winter.

Chapter 03

De-icing, and the same crew you see in summer

De-icing sits on our commercial service list right next to snow removal, so the lot is handled as one job.

That same list covers lawn mowing, fertilizing, irrigation and shrub trimming. The crew that plows your lot in January is the one that mows around it in July, so one company can look after the property across the whole year.

We are based in Zillah and work from Yakima County to Kittitas County. Sebastian Cruz sets up a time to talk through the property and the price, and you can reach him at (509) 699-3071 or on the contact page.

“Our services include Lawn mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, Snow Removal, De-icing, shrub trimming and more.” From our commercial service page.
