About First Choice Lawn Care
It is not all about selling a service.
Our mission is to establish a long-term relationship and trust with our clients and take care of their residential or commercial lawn. We are all about transforming the yard and exceeding expectations, year after year.
We have been providing landscaping for over 5 years. We specialize in lawn care, garden design and more, and we are serving the Yakima Valley through the Tri-Cities area from our base in Zillah.
That is a lot of mowing seasons, sprinkler blowouts and snowy mornings with the same crew showing up. It is also why most of what you see on this site is our own work, on the yards of the people who hired us.
What we take on
Outdoor challenges, turned into the yard you pictured.
Our mission is to solve clients' outdoor landscaping challenges and give them the means to turn their ideas into a beautiful reality.
Design
Our customers rely on us to design the yard: where the beds bend, where the rock sits, where the lawn starts and stops.
Build
Then we build it. Grading, fresh sod, poured concrete curbing, river rock, and underground sprinkler systems with drip lines for the planters.
Maintain
And we maintain it, season after season, so the appearance of the property holds up long after the job is done.
Where we work
The Yakima Valley, out to the Tri-Cities.
We offer lawn services anywhere from Yakima County to Kittitas County, with Zillah as home base. Homes and businesses get the same crew: mowing and fertilizing in summer, sod and curbing in spring, blowouts in the fall, plowing when it snows.
The owner
Sebastian Cruz.
Sebastian Cruz owns First Choice Lawn Care. Customers name him in their Google reviews: one wrote that Sebastian was “fast and responsive when submitting a quote,” and another that “the owner came and gave us a very reasonable estimate.”
Sebastian was quoted in the Yakima Herald-Republic in 2022 on what fuel prices meant for valley businesses.
Estimates are free, Monday through Saturday, and we get back to you within the hour during working hours.
