Spring and fall
Spring and fall clean up in Zillah and the Yakima Valley
Leaves blown out of the beds, flower beds cleaned, bushes shaped, roses trimmed, gutters cleared, and acreage taken back from tumbleweeds.
Chapter 01
Spring: beds cleared, bushes shaped, roses cut back
A yard comes out of winter looking tired. Last year's leaves sit in the flower beds, the shrubs have grown past the shape you gave them, and the roses need cutting back before they leaf out. Spring clean up is the reset, and Sebastian Cruz and the crew work through it bed by bed.
That means flower beds cleaned out, bushes shaped, rose bushes trimmed and the rock beds raked clear, so the first warm weekend of the year goes to sitting in the yard instead of working on it.

Fall: leaves out of the rock, gutters cleared, drive blown clean
Fall is the other half. Leaves drop into the rock beds and pile against the foundation, and they are easier to deal with in one pass than they are all winter. Our crew works with backpack blowers, which lift leaves out of river rock without dragging the rock into the lawn.
Gutter cleaning rides along with a fall visit, and the driveway gets blown clean before we load up. Fall is also when the sprinkler blowout comes due, and we do those too, so ask about both while we are on the property.
Chapter 03
Acreage, tumbleweeds and the dump trailer
Not every clean up is a flower bed. Some of it is acreage that got away from its owner, and we take those on too.
One customer's three acres had turned into a mess of tumbleweeds. After the crew finished, the owner wrote that you would never know it had been a mess. A dying tree can come out in the same visit, and the debris leaves on our dump trailer instead of sitting in a pile at your curb.
Sebastian looks at the property first and quotes the job. Estimates are free Monday through Saturday, and you can reach him at (509) 699-3071 or through the contact page.
