Commercial
Commercial grounds
Lawn mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, shrub trimming, Snow Removal and De-icing for business properties, from the same crew that takes care of the houses.
Chapter 01
A nice lawn doesn't happen by itself
First Choice Lawn Care takes on commercial grounds as well as homes, and the reasoning is in one line from our own commercial page: “To have a nice lawn, doesn't happen by itself.” The grass in front of a business is looked at all day by customers, co-workers and anyone driving past, and it only looks cared for when someone shows up on a schedule.
It is the same crew that does the houses, with Sebastian Cruz running the work. The photo above shows them mowing along a long curbed rock bed with the valley hills behind. A commercial property gets the same crew, the same trailer and the same eye for clean edges.

Mowing in summer, plows in winter, one crew in between
The services our commercial page lists are Lawn mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, Snow Removal, De-icing, shrub trimming and more. In the warm months that means the mower comes on a schedule, the lawn gets fed, the sprinkler system keeps working and the shrubs are trimmed back from the walks and the doors.
When the weather turns, the same company switches over. Plow trucks with SnowDogg blades go out on parking lots and drives, and de-icing follows so the people who park there walk in on clear pavement. Before the first hard freeze, the irrigation service includes the blowout that clears water out of the lines, so nothing splits over winter.
