Residential

Residential lawn care across the Yakima Valley

Mowing with the stripes left in, fertilizing, weed removal, shrub trimming and aeration, on a schedule so the yard is ready before the gathering, not after.

Chapter 01

What a neglected lawn looks like by July

By July a yard nobody is keeping up shows it. The mower was set too low and left scalped patches, weeds have moved into every thin spot, and the shrubs have grown over the walk toward the front door.

None of that takes a big job to fix, but it takes a steady one. A lawn that is cut, fed and weeded on a schedule never gets far enough behind to need rescuing, and the shrubs get shaped before they swallow the path.

How a visit runs, start to finish

The crew pulls up with the enclosed trailer and unloads a stand-on mower. The lawn is cut in straight passes so the stripes lie the same direction across the yard, then the edges and walks are blown clean before the trailer is loaded again.

Fertilizing and weed removal ride on the same schedule, and shrub trimming is done as the beds need it. On dormant turf in the cooler months the Lawnaire aerator comes out to open the soil so water and feed reach the roots.

Chapter 03

Signing up and staying on schedule

Sign up through the form and we will get back to you within the hour. Then we set the schedule around your yard and the dates that matter to you, the family gathering included.

No additional or hidden charges on any contract. Fall Clean up and Gutter Cleaning ride along with the mowing season, so one crew handles the lawn from the first cut to the last leaf.
