The working year
When the mowing season ends, the mowers come off the trailer and the compressor goes on, then the plow blades. Here is what a year with First Choice looks like, on our own jobs.
Spring
Old grass and roots come out, the yard is graded, and fresh sod goes down in rolls. Beds get cleaned out, edging goes in, and the river rock goes back where it belongs.
Summer
The trailer pulls up, the stand-on mower comes off the ramp, and the lawn gets its lines. Fertilizing, weed removal and shrub trimming ride along on the same visit.
Fall
The compressor clears every zone of the sprinkler system so nothing splits over winter, the beds get blown clean, and the gutters come down before the first wet snow.
Winter
When it snows, the plow trucks go out on lots and drives, and de-icing follows so the people who park there walk in on clear pavement.
Residential and commercial
Lawn care leads because it is most of the week. The rest is what turns a tired yard into one you want to sit in, and keeps the water running right.

Where the crew works
Based in Zillah, working the whole Yakima Valley and down through the Tri-Cities area. Service runs five days a week in daylight, and the phone is answered Monday through Saturday.
